We appreciated having a coffee machine and capsules provided. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. It was also easy to access public transportation from the apartment.
The check-in process was disorganized and frustrating. There was no one readily available to assist us, and we had to ask multiple people before finding someone who could give us a key.

The apartment was spacious and clean. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the provided coffee capsules and taxi service were nice touches and greatly appreciated.
Our xmas stay was ruined by the lack of service from the management team. We had no one to contact when we encountered problems with the appliances, and no one was available to help us during building works next door.

The apartment was well-located and had ample storage space in the closets. the coffee machine was a plus, and the apartment was cleaned during the stay. the wifi worked well, and some guests even received a taxi with keys as a bonus.
The check-in procedure was problematic and confusing for some guests, and there was a lack of contact with hotel staff.

Great location, coffee machine with provided capsules, good wifi, additional cleaning and coffee capsules during stay, comfortable bed and ample storage space. Taxi service from the airport was a bonus.
